P233 has over 560 students, with 147 students identified ELLs in grades K-12, ranging in age from 4-21 years.  All of our students, with the exception of 71 of our High School Inclusion students and standardized elementary students, are alternately assessed.   The students attend one of nine sites throughout the borough of Queens. Seven of the nine sites are housed in community schools and two are situated in self-contained buildings. Three of the nine P233Q sites are high schools, three are middle schools and three are elementary schools. One elementary site opened in September 2014, the second opened in September 2017, and the third just opened in September of 2019. Two of our high schools have inclusion programs. Our diversified student body spans across several class ratios, to include 12:1:4, 12:1:1, 6:1:1, 8:1:1, and Inclusion.  Classifications include, but are not limited to autism, intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, social emotional disabilities, speech and language impairments, multiple disabilities, and sensory impairments.
